"Great value for money and a warm welcome"

Value for money was great , the host was very welcoming and cooked a great breakfast. The beds were comfortable and we were not disturbed by the traffic noise although that might be an issue if our windows had faced the road. Parking was easy.

The decor is dated, removal of faded pistures would help

Booked last minute as it was close to medical centre,Host was a lovely gentleman that let us check in early and took our money ,that's as nice as it gets as we didn't stay long !

Shocking! Very Dated old 70s decor, furniture, beds, bedding , shared toilet,mouldy shower, cracked front window etc.. can't comment on comfort of basic beds or breakfast we did not stay . £80 down 👎

The staff were kind and helpful and the cooked breakfast was nice, the room was nice and was cleaned whenever I was out during the day.

The kitchen for residents is quite under equipped. They didnt seem to have any kitchen knives, the stove top cooker is a camping stove and overall I had to rewash anything before I used it because of its cleanliness but that's mostly due to the other residents cleaning.
