The Jays Guest House

Jays is a basic b&b. Host is very helpful & friendly. Breakfast (included in price) was exceptional with plenty of choice. The rooms are basic but clean as were all areas. I will go back again in future.

No shops, takeaways etc near by. The small shaving style extendable mirror was too small, too far away from plug socket and didn’t hold its position to see to dry hair

We checked in early and the woman who was cleaning was fantastic. She had many rooms to clean and offered to clean ours first. She's a diamond.

Super friendly hosts who were helpful and made my stay a pleasure.

Noise of passing traffic but that’s what you get for the good location for commutes!

Service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Location was excellent for my needs.

I booked late so got the last room and had to climb two flights of stairs which was difficult, but staff were very helpful. I didn't like having to share a bathroom but again that was because of my late booking. I was just glad they had a room :)

Very welcoming host, ideal for what we needed.

It was all great, admittedly basic but lovely.
