To far out of Edinburgh No one there to greet you on arrival or there throughout the night soulless only met someone doing breakfast next morning Breakfast offered full Scottish it wasn't No porridge on offer

"Good value for money for a stay in Edinburgh"

Excellent location, close to several bus stops. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and let us leave our luggage before check-in. Free parking lots on the other side of the street.

The room felt smaller than it was because of furniture arrangement. Hot water took a few minutes to arrive in the shower.

It is a lovely clean and welcoming guest house well located and with a bus stop literally at the the front door. We had a generous breakfast and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in Edinburgh.

la chambre était spacieuse, l’arrêt de bus pour le centre d’Édimbourg est juste devant l’appartement, ce qui est un avantage.

les rideaux ne sont absolument pas occultant si vous voulez faire une grasse matinée c’est raté. J’ai trouvé ça un petit peu cher.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with great breakfast. Good value for money. Overlooking the city, the guest house is either a nice walk along a footpath or a quick bus journey away from the city
