Extremely clean and smelled beautiful !! Lovely light airy room with a homely touch ..very nicely done Comfortable bed and wonderfully quiet I slept so well The lady who was there was very helpful and friendly ..went that extra mile

The decor and the size of the room. Lovely room with bay windows. Modern facilities in room - drinks fridge, lights and fan. Close to town, and friendly staff

"The ladies running the place were nice and friendly, great location, but lamp and TV not working."

The location, on the West Cliff, was gorgeous.

The TV didn't work. Also, the lamp wasn't working. This was a problem because it was so hot and it meant that I couldn't turn off the main light, which was uncomfortable.

What a hidden gem this is in Bournemouth. I really enjoyed my stay here, the lovely warm welcome from the two lovely very hardworking ladies. The room was spotless, lovely little touches ✨ Everything you need and more. Excellent value and I will be choosing this hotel for my future stays. In fact I tried to book for next week but no availability!! I think it's a great location for access to town, and the beach. The area has a few undesirables but stay out of their lane and they keep out of yours. I know the area very well having lived in Bournemouth for many year's. Hope to see you again very soon 💛
