The Bakehouse

The choice for breakfast ranged from fresh yoghurt with berries to a full English. Local sausages, bacon, eggs etc. I still don't understand why baked beans have to get in there...but I chose not to have any. My partner opted for scrambled egg on toast, and was very pleased with it.

They are located off the main drag and before we engaged the help of the satnav on my partner's phone, we drove around a while looking for it along the main road. It really is tucked away but you'll find it close to a pub called The Black Swan. Word to the wise....engage satnav!

A beautiful guesthouse run by the lovely Julie! Fantastic bedroom with the comfiest bed ever, a spacious private bathroom and a breakfast hamper to end all breakfast hampers. Nothing not to like and all this on a filthy wild winters night.

That we were only able to stay one night.

A lovely warm welcome from Julie, she made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very helpful and friendly. Excellent home cooked breakfast.

The Bakehouse B&B is just the best B&B ever. Julie loves what she does, and it shows. She has such a lovely, generous, kind personality & puts the same in all her fab rooms & and gorgeous comfortable lounge. A great comfy sleep. Generous choice of breakfast, too, with local produce. She will help you with anything she can and about the local area. Thank you Julie, can't wait to come back : )

Seahouses is such a magical little place and Julie at the Bakehouse is the icing on the cake. Amazing B and B, everything you need to ensure your stay is one to remember. Highly recommended

So much space! But really homely at same time. Nice terrace on 1st floor to sit on and garden down stairs

Honestly - nothing

wonderful, cosy B&B in central location. Room was great, had all amenities we needed including small fridge. the host, Julie, was so welcoming and friendly, helpful and engaged, we almost felt coming to visit an old friend!
