it was in a great location for what we wanted to do- Neolithic sites and nature watch! Peaceful location yet convenient coop food shop shop 3 miles away. Property well set up for self catering and host provided generous welcome provisions.

Good facilities for cooking, nice touch supplying milk, butter, tea, sugar etc. Quite location.

Toilet too close to the wall for a man.

Fantastic quiet location to base ourselves from to see all of the amazing Orkney sights from. The accommodation is really nice with great self-catering cooking facilites including a full oven and dishwasher. The laundry facilities (washer & dryer) on site that was easily accessible. The bed was really warm and comfortable, lounge area and dining area we really well-proportioned and set out. We received great tips from our host Robert on Orkney highlights that we should not miss.

Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

location was superb,lovely and quiet yet within easy reach of everything we wanted to do(by car). Robert was an outstanding host,very friendly and knowledgeable,even coming and letting us know when the northern lights were visible. So thoughtful by supplying a few food essentials, we were sad to leave, what an unforgettable holiday.
