"Easy place to stay for flights"

Clean, fresh , warm , secure parking, easy instructions on key safe , arrive when you want as your keys in a key safe. Perfect location for our 7am flight . Will book again.

Close to the airport.

Really disappointed in the quality of the accommodation. Bedroom didn't smell pleasant, spare bed was awful! Was there meant to be a mattress on top of it. Metal bar in back all night. Stains on floors. Landing light kept turning on in the night for no reason (no one got up).

Good price. Very convenient for Bristol Airport and Silverzone parking. Very clean spacious accommodation. Liked the kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Secure parking was just what we needed. Communication via text and phone excellent

The only small issue for me was that I have arthritis in my fingers so found the black key safe opening button incredibly difficult to pull down

"Convenient but perfectly adequate place for a night pre-flight from Bristol airport"

Location was good, near to Bristol airport. Room was basic but warm with a comfortable bed. Parking was spacious. Instructions were clear.

I thought breakfast was provided but that may well have been my misunderstanding. It was a bit odd for me (seasoned travellers are probably used to this) but we didn't see another person during our stay.
