"Never happend left immediately"

The stay didn’t happen as I walked straight back out , the room was not maintained and had mould on the ceilings and wants clean to a high standard, I left immediately and requested my money back which they have accepted. The pictures are not up to date if real pictures where on there they would t get any customers

"Dirty and smelly."

Free parking and easy to collect fob for room

This property was so dirty. There were hair balls on the floor, hair on the bed and a blood stain on the wall. The room absolutely stank of cigarettes. There was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. The toilet was way too close to the sink and shower. I would never stay at this property again it was disgusting.

"Good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed."

Great location for Kingston Upon Thames, simple, clean room with a very comfortable double bed and en suite bathroom, no thrills but well worth the money. This was my second stay and I would happily stay again.

The shower was super hot and I struggled to get the temperature right but think that was probably more my fault.
