Very dirty and smelly, I even saw an empty plastic of bottle water who knows when it was left there .

I don't like anything,it wasn't as it is online,I am waiting for my money to be refunded,and I must get my money back,I will go extra miles to get my money back,my name is OGBONNA EZIKPE I booked on 9th January again 10th I did not sleep there.because I couldn't breathe in there.

"We had a good stay the host was very helpful and nice."

The location was perfect and the accommodation has a very reasonable price. The bed very comfortable and we were provided two heaters which we didn’t need at all it was a very good temperature even in London winter.

I must say the bathroom is extremely tiny but that’s not the focal point either way.

The host worked hard to be accommidating...

Em...weird...firstly the stairs were improbably high and difficult and probably dangerous...the toilet was a slide door and the toilet bowl was maybe from a infant school so way too low...the room was quite shockingly small...the parking was questionable...the car behind us got a ticket but that was because i am used to london so i put in much work to not get a parking ticket...it seems it paid off...still...not nice...

Location The man attending to housekeeping was nice

Room was cold and ALWAYS damp - the walls always had moisture on them The bathroom fan didn’t work meaning the bathroom was always damp - so damp water dripped down the walls when no one had showered for 24 hours and so damp the toilet paper was damp and soggy The black mould in the bathroom is likely what made me so sick with an infection that I needed medical assistance

Location was excellent. Short walk to Kingston centre.

Curtains rather thin. Street light shone through. Accommodation clean but basic.
