The staff member on duty during my stay was very helpful, pleasant and stated he would forward my complaints to the management.

The mattress on the bed in room 3 sags in the middle thus allowing contact at times with the bed boards. Tape had been applied around the internal edge of the shower tray which proved ineffective and water pooled on the bathroom floor. The glass door did not meet the frame at the bottom corner allowing further water seepage. The one evening meal I had, gammon peas tomatoes was not hot and the gammon thin and dry.

I liked everything, I brought my girls for a family wedding and booked the baltic inn, on arrival there was a young gentleman who assisted me with filling the form and showing us to our room. The views were out of this world what a great location this place is in.
