The Baltic Inn & Restaurant

The room itself was very dusty and damp smell through out the hotel. The toilet was very dated and the shower head was leaking. The bed was really dirty like someone used it and just rearranged the bed. Whole night a dog was barking from the next room. Didn’t sleep all night. Waste of money we would have been better off sleeping in our car if it wasn’t for the toilets.

Bathroom Heater was not working Bathroom Commode flush is hard to use Bathroom shower is broken and can’t trust on hot water flow, most of the time cold water is flown Property does not suit for family and we felt like it is a property for staff use

My room was an upgrade. I got the bridal suite! The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choice . The fried breakfast was excellent. Location is nice and peaceful. Also, beautiful scenery around there.

It would have been nice if the dinner menu would have been more extensive. I had gammon and chips there one night. It was ok. Next night l went out

It was lovely and quaint from the outside. It is in a nice little village setting and about twenty minutes from beaches/ sightseeing etc. The location is therefore good. The one staff member was very pleasant. It is off season - so understand why so understaffed but felt peculiar on a Saturday.

There is literally 0 plugs to charge phone/laptop/etc. The room was not clean. The kettle was dirty, cups were dirty, the whole building has a very strong odour of cheap air fresheners (likely as it is freezing with no heating and so without them it might smell damp). The bathroom was extremely dated (which wouldn't be an issue except the taps barely gave you hot water). Very let down with this one. The noise was unreal during the night with other guests. Barely slept.

No staff and had to ring to be let in and then use the back fire door that ment going on a road with traffic no hot water in the sink and the room was so cold and dirty to !!!! Also smell of sewage and water by fire door never have I stayed somewhere as bad in all my day of working nationally

room was nice and overall place was very well kept.
