Staff were really lovely. Food was great. Dog was welcomed. V comfortable stay.

Comfy beds and great that the place caters for a family of 5

Unfortunately, just a few things that diminished the experience but if fixed would be a lovely place to stay. Shower head not attached properly, and the handle was broken, making showering more difficult. Enough beds for 5 but only 5 pillows total given. Final thing for me was there was no lamp. If catering for family of 5 then a lamp is a useful tool to quietly read whilst the kids sleep or to use it as a nightlight. Only small things but for £150 a night would expect a working shower, extra pillows, and lamps as standard.

Located in a nice quiet location with a great view. We’ve requested a late checkout as we arrived very late and they allowed us to stay till late without any fuss which shows their interest to customers comfortability. The place is a great value for money and we would definitely come back when we next visit Carmarthen.

Room spacious, bed massive, sheets lovely and clean, spa bath lovely,

Expansive floors really needed a deep clean to get rid of dirt and dust and in the bathroom finding long hairs of another colour was frankly off-putting. A really good vacuum and mopping would turn this room from good to really exceptional. I know the price was keen but I'm fastidious about cleanliness and most people are when they stay somewhere new. If the basic cleanliness was rectified then I would want to return here.
