Friendly staff, lovely food, spacious room, comfortable bed

The fact that you had to sit on the radiator to keep warm. Not much choice of drinks. Very quiet with no background music.

I travelled to Wales for a funeral. The room was basic, not the cleanest at all, bed in all fairness was comfortable. The strangest thing was there was no staff at all in the hotel all through the day. There was someone there from 4.30 till 8.30 pm so absolutely stuffed if you need anything. No idea how this passes with health and safety. When mentioned all I got was it's winter🤷‍♀️ It was basically look after yourself. Would not recommend at all

Dan the manager was very professional and helpful. Dan upgraded our room at no extra charge. He was also very knowledgeable of the local area.

Room was initially cold until the heating was turned on.

Beautiful surroundings . Excellent staff

Mattress in room 5 needs replacing ...very uncomfortable with springs and maybe some soft close fire doors on rooms ...cause they get banged everytime someone goes in and out through the night .
