Absolutely amazing place. Absolute pleasure to stay there, Chris was very welcoming and even showed me some of the history of the building which was lovely.

The location was very good being right in the heart of Nelson. The bedroom was well equipped for self-catering having a toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave and a sink. The room was quiet.

The view from the sole window is directly onto a wall and another window, therefore the room does not receive much natural light. Apart from a small clothes rail located above the dining table there is no wardrobe and thus it is difficult to store clothes. The shower cubicle requires a shelf where one can place shampoo, soap and shower gel within convenient reach whilst showering. The internet reception was weak.

Having to leave so soon to return home

Everything was, as described. So planning the trip and living in it was very easy. They helped us with our extra wishes and did everything possible, that made our trip joinfull. It was a pleasure to met you!

We easily could live with that, but there were two little things: -the soap in the bathroom was very different than in Germany. (But that is just a cultural thing. No worries) -the people in the pub next door were quite noisy at the weekend 'till 2am. (We just used Oropax 😉👍)

The rooms were clean, spacious and the location for us was perfect. Having a small kitchen made it really easy to be self sufficient without having to eat out all the time

Only minor thing was the stairs were steep to the upstairs apartments, but they do have some at ground level too.
