Lovely place, enjoyed our breakfast.

It was a warm day/eve and the 2nd floor room was warm. The windows could only be opened about 3 inches.

"Great stay in a great location"

Great location, close to city centre. Large room with sitting area. Comfortable bed. All facilities needed for a stay. Good selection for breakfast, including delicious homemade haggis. Very friendly hosts. Hope we can go back sometime.

"Elegant B & B with an excellent breakfast."

The home is beautiful and the hosts are very interesting and accomplished. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, a result of the host’s credentials as a chef! The property is in a very classy neighborhood and is within walking distance of the train station.

The room was quite small and the price was a bit steep.
