there was a tile broken on floor going in to the toilet that could maybe cut your foot,just needs renewing. the plug for iron and hair dryer had masking tape needs new plugs on,wouldnt pass electrical test

Clean property and decent size room with adequate private shower for my one night stay. Difficult to score higher due to the insane heat that night so I had broken sleep. Clear directions from owner for a remote checking.

Only one tea bag and one coffee sachet available in the room. There was a window, but as there wasn't any breeze maybe consider putting fans in the room(s) for better comfort during the summer months.

It took me over an hour to get into the property. They contact you via WhatsApp with how to access the property and then proceeded to ignore me and decline my calls for over an hour whilst I tried to access the property. The also ignored calls from Booking.com. I have to say that Booking.com were fantastic in helping. The person I spoke to from the property was awfully rude and couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough when I actually managed to get in touch with them. I didn’t feel safe whilst I was in the property. The front door code was the same as the bedroom door code and there was no inside door lock for the bedroom door. Even if this was a unique code for one person, I couldn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend any female staying there by herself. I pushed the spare bed against the door. The room was also not clean.

Unfortunately, my stay was very stressful due to a serious issue with the bathroom ventilation/extraction system, which was making continuous loud noise throughout the stay. It was extremely disturbing and made it very difficult to relax or sleep properly. I contacted the host immediately, but the response was disappointing. I was only told that they would “look into it tomorrow morning,” despite the fact that my booking was for just one night. This meant there was effectively no solution offered during my stay. I expected a comfortable and peaceful environment, but instead experienced frustration, discomfort, and lack of proper support from the host. I hope this issue is resolved for future guests.

The property was difficult to find and the doors were difficult to operate and open took me a few times to get in.
