Guesthouse Gegi

Warm and comfortable stay at very hospitable host Gegi, who made us feel very welcome with fruit and cold water. Large room facing a green and quiet garden. We found the bedding comfortable. Very near the cathedral and an easy 15-20 min walk into centre of town. Great value for money!

Останавливались в гостевом доме в Кутаиси и остались в полном восторге! Хозяина зовут Джуба, и он настолько гостеприимен, что чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а желанным другом. Всегда готов помочь, угощает вкусной едой, а общаться с ним – одно удовольствие. Комнаты просторные, с высокими потолками, идеально чисто и есть всё необходимое. Но главное – это атмосфера: уютно, по-домашнему, будто приехал к дедушке в деревню. Очень рекомендую тем, кто ценит теплое отношение и душевный комфорт! Большое спасибо за гостеприимность. Хозяин Джуби очень радушен, гостеприимен, готовый подсказать по любому вопросу. В доме была чистота , уют и все необходимые принадлежности в ванной комнате. Номер был очень просторный - состоял и уютной гостиной, спальни и отдельной ванной комнаты . Утром Джуби отвёз нас на рынок и в аэропорт за очень приемлемую цену. Мы ему остались очень благодарны за великолепное гостеприимство. Всем рекомендую.

We were with a car so the location outside of the city didn't bother us! We were welcomed by the owner's father who gave us wine and fruit and we had Very interesting conversations through google translate! What an authentic hospitality experience...relax and enjoy it!

I loved the local experience Gegi was very helpful and kind. We recommend the airport pickup because it is easy and you don’t have to carry your luggage up the hill. It is a peaceful property on top of the hill full of greenery.

Jubi, the host, was incredibly nice and helpful. He made us feel very welcome from day one. He even offered us a ride to the grocery store and drove us to the bus station on our last day, where we caught our bus to the next destination. He said goodbye with a delicious cake! The place itself was super clean, and the view from the terrace was lovely. You can get to the city in about 10 minutes walking, but keep in mind that the return is uphill—after a long day of walking, you might want to take a taxi, which only costs 1–2 euros. Overall, it was a pleasant experience :)

Owner is very helpful, every minute trying to make you feel comfortable. Place is clean and has everything you need.

The location is in a mountainous area, it will be difficult for older people to walk, but that's not a problem, you can order a taxi, you will get to the center with a taxi quickly and for a good price
