Hospitable, friendly, sociable owner. treated with Georgian homemade wine. The guest house is located on a hill, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. There is a beautiful garden and a veranda with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms are cozy, clean, the kitchen is especially clean and spacious. Thank you Jubi.

Very nice host and great room!

Guesthouse is located on a hill and and it is only 15 minutes by foot from citycentre. There are only two rooms for guests so it would not been crowded during high season and for these two rooms you have great two living rooms and a terrace with an excelent view. But the most important and unique in this guesthouse is its landlord - he is the best example of georgian hospitality and it was pleasure to chat with him. He could also could organize for you a tranfer to/from airport and to local nature attractions wich could be hard to reach if you do not have your own car there.

The owner made our stay memorable, was very helpful and gave us great tips, arranged the transfers and trip. The garden and terrace were nice.

The host was incredibly friendly and forthcoming. We felt very welcome, and despite language barriers we were able to communicate well and chat with each other. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the garden is beautiful.

Spacious, calm and top hospitality. We basically had an entire appartment with bed room, bath room and living room to ourselves. The furniture and equipment are as shown in the pictures/description and were sufficient for our needs. The house has a beautiful front yard in which you can have breakfast and is located in a calm area on a hill rigth next to the city center The breakfast is good and plenty. Since it's common in Georgia to serve meat for breakfast, you should let the host know if you are vegetarian. The best thing about this place is definitely the generosity and hospitality of the host. You can have insightful conversations about Georgia with him, enjoy his delicious wine and he even offered to take us to places with his car. You can tell that he enjoys welcoming his guests.
