Beautiful and peaceful location.

There was no outdoor table and chairs on the balcony so had to carry out the wooden furniture from inside the apartment.

Location is great to be able to beat the crowds to Preveli Beach. Early in the morning there is no one there. Nice taverna downstairs for meals. Owned by a very friendly family.

A place where you must stay for the night. When the crowds leave the beach in the afternoon, you’ll be among the few remaining guests at the tavern. After dinner, it’s worth lying on a sunbed on the beach and gazing at the starry sky in the distance over Africa. The hosts are very friendly, and the food is excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. The room is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Right next to the beach and a short hike to the Palm Tree River. Very clean room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, sitting on the balcony at night watching the moon over the sea. The staff are very sweet and kind people. The food at the tavern was delicious.

Super location near Preveli Beach, unique surrounding, the owners are great, super kind, very helpful.

Relatively remote location near the Libyan Sea and the Preveli Gorge. The destination is suitable for those who have rented a car. Amazing things to do. 1. An excursion on the Preveli Gorge - Kourtaliotiko Gorge axis. A great experience for those who are able to walk on stones, sometimes through the river and looking for the right footpath. The path through the Preveli Gorge can be relatively adventurous, as you have to find a hole between stones at a particularly narrow point about 20 minutes' walk from the sea. However, the destination is worthwhile and offers the opportunity to hike all the way to the Kourtaliotikos Gorge. The hike takes about 3 hours. Swimming in the Kourtaliotiko pool at the spring is a great thing to do in the relatively cold water. The reverse route is also beautiful. You can hike from Kourtaliotiko around the river and the Preveli Gorge to the point where the river flows into the sea. The hike can be combined with a hike along one of the two edges of the Preveli Gorge, and you can combine the walk along one edge with the hike to Kourtaliotiko. There are two refreshment stops along the way. However, a water bottle is essential for this excursion. 2. Very clear blue Lybian Sea and swimming in the river. There small lagoons upstream of the river with shade which are prefered to the seasonally crowded shore. 3. An excursion to the beach of Triopetra and the sand dunes of Agios Pavlos. A remarkable coastline with beautiful swimming. 4. Clear night sky with myriads of stars over the Libyan sea.

A destination for anyone who enjoys walking, hiking, swimming in the sea or river and enjoying nature with minimal civilization noise.

The location and surrounding nature. The air conditioning. Nothing else.

The staff could be nicer or at least professional. The rooms could be uniform, i.e. all with TV or none with TV. The price could reflect the quality better, it was way too overpriced. Everything about the restaurant was the real disaster. Katastrofi.Grilled chicken souvlaki undercooked and smelling foul, xoriatiki salad with tasteless plastic tomatoes, traditional dish gemista too old and stale tasteless, thinned out olive oil. no choices for salad other than xoriatiki, no coffee other than espresso and Greek coffee, no orders after 20:00 or before 08:00 (more like 09:00).Most of the Menu, permanently unavailable.The tragedy was that the only mini market across the road sold the same plastic tasteless aromaless fruits and vegetables and the only other taverna served similar, poor to bad food. This small area gave cretan food and hospitality a bad name.

Me and my family loved this place so much! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, they played with our child all the time and even gave him presents. The food in the tavern was local and delicious, the beach is beautiful. The calmness in the morning and the night sky full of stars at night are just extraordinary. We would love to go back!
