Bagrat Guest House

My partner and I stayed at Bagrat's for 2 nights and we enjoyed exploring the area so much! Bagrat welcomed us with a smile, wine and some snacks. He also helped us with everything we needed during our stay. His house is very beautiful, with several rooms, kitchens and big garden to enjoy the sun. Waking up in the morning with the sound of the birds and the view of the trees was amazing. It was lovely chilling with him in the evenings and chatting.

The guesthouse is very beautiful and cozy. The owner is also very attentive. I really liked the atmosphere and the view of nature from the window. The room was tidy and clean, and the kitchen and yard were also spotless. The market is nearby, which is convenient for daily shopping. I originally booked just for one day because I didn’t expect such good service and comfort, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely come back next time for several days or even weeks.

I had no idea that this was such a cool place! Silence, panoramic view of Tskhaltubo and mountains covered in greenery, fresh air and the singing of nightingales which was even beyond my expectations. The owner is very hospitable, accomodating and simply makes you feel at home, which is facilitated by clean linen and new dishes. The location is just superb - it is simultaneously in the forest and next to the central square of the town. Shops, market, bus station - everything is very nearby. I will definitely come back here!

Everything worked and there was the use of a kitchen with limited facilities.

They seemed unprepared for guests but sorted out a room within 15 mins. The kitchen was filthy when I arrived but they got it moderately clean before I needed to yes it. The rooms at the front get too much sunlight and are scorching by 7.00am. It’s a steep hill.

Quiet place with a great view. Super nice owner who helps you with infos, and he drives you down the hill to the bus station whenever he’s available. Nice terrace, and a lovely dog!!

Bathroom floor was a bit sticky, and the net on the window can be improved.

Wonderful staff! They were fantastic. Amazing views from the room. Comfortable bed. Great wifi.

Some funny plumbing: odd noises and smells coming from the bathroom.

Everything was excellent, there is a kitchen with all stuff.
