Very good welcome despite last minute booking, we were offered something to drink right away when we arrived. Bagrat was very helpful and friendly. He was always available, both late at night and early in the morning. We were very satisfied.

This the best Guest House I’ve ever seen and been. The Host (Bagrat) and his hospitality is absolutely amazing. Nice people, beautiful place and you’ll get an amazing view. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. 12/10

"Short but sweet!"

Staff very friendly and kind, they even invited me to join for dinner with them!

No air conditioning in the rooms, it was a struggle to sleep in the heat!

Bagrat and Igor were very helpful, hospitable and accommodating! They showed around Tsqaltubo and told some history of the buildings and the town. I stayed an extra night without extra hassle. My stay was very comfortable and I would recommend the place for anyone visiting Tsqaltubo!

I would personally change the soap bars to soap dispensers for hygiene reasons. The downstairs kitchen was a bit ruggedy (the cupboard handles could've used a little cleaning) but besides those minor issues, I've no complaints.
