We were stuck up on the second floor loft space, which She already knew I was struggling, because I told her a few days before, but she was not interested.

The friendliness of all of the staff. Where it was situated. Beverley was the perfect hostess and just wanted to make everyone ad comfortable as possible.

We did have a problem with our shower and the bathroom door handle but Beverley tried to resolve this very quickly and when she couldn’t she got the professionals in and moved us to another room.
