"Pleasant hosts."

The balcony over looking the beach. Although photo advertised on Booking.com of Camel room balcony is not correct. It is a lot smaller table, which wasn’t a problem but photo is mis leading.

Shower was not hot, it was Luke warm. Bed not very comfy it seemed to dip at sides. Breakfast was average, I was expecting a lot better from reading the reviews. English breakfast was full of oil. Scrambled eggs were runny. Bread for toast was not high quality, very basic. Know it was high season being August but to pay almost £200 per night, I expected better. 1 packet of biscuit containing 2 biscuits left daily, felt it could have been 2 packets to have 1 packet each.

Everything was amazing . The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed . The hosts were lovely and welcoming I wish I could have stayed more than 1 night

A really lovely B&B lovely comfortable room with an amazing view of the harbour beach and town. The staff were amazing very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast! The guest house is within 25 minute walk of Looe town. There is a steep hill coming back.

Good location, close to Looe centre and for exploring surrounding area via the coastal path. Benefits from its own car parking. Lovely view from room over Looe River, beach and town. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with wonderful sea views.
