Beautiful room, calm and relaxing location with spectacular views of Looe Harbour. Hosts couldn’t do enough for you.

Couldn’t fault it anyway.

Location lovely looked right over Looe beach and Banjo Pier. Breakfasts really good rooms comfortable nothing to much trouble for owners of B&B especially Lily in the mornings who always tried to please.

Parking was not easy.

The parking was a bit tight but not a great problem

Our stay at The Watermark is the highlight of our visit to Cornwall. Its location alone makes it a special stay for anyone lucky enough to stay: the views from the windows are amazing, and probably the best in the area. The attention to detail that went into making this place special are a tribute to the hosts. The breakfast selection is wonderful, and for two people who really don't a fried breakfast, the options offered great choice, including my favourite, French Toast. The colours used throughout - including in the small items like the serviettes, reflect the location right beside the sea. Our hosts, Natascha and Lily, are two wonderful people and nothing was too much for them. They came across as people who really care that their guests have a good time at The Watermark. It was a truly wonderful stay and I would heartily recommend The Watermark. (I would have to note that there would be challenges for anyone with mobility issues.)
