We stayed for 5 nights, Everything was absolutely amazing, we loved the room, it is really great.

Good location, clean space and good vibe.

The place is clean. There is hot water, air conditioning and heating. You have to turn on the heating yourself. The heating heats the room but also dries the air. It's good to have a kitchen, we only prepared breakfast.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, we woke up several times during the night. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, the ceiling is very high so you can think of it as the fourth floor. It is difficult to go up and down and since it is a bit far from the main attractions, you have to use transportation. This also means an extra fee. I used the cancel reservation or change dates option on booking.com and shortened my 4-day stay to 2 days. The hotel owner came to take the payment in the morning and raised his voice at me and kept saying you are a liar, you should have told me that. I must say that the owner is very rude and inconsiderate.

Location is great, if you like fancy coffee places and restrooms & cafes around. The apartment is in 5-20 mins walk from every corner of Georgia that I love. Convenient room, personal bathroom with good shower, laundry room and kitchen. Definitely would stay again. And also the host is very nice and thoughtful!
