There is a kitchen where you can cook, and it is very clean and this place is affordable and comfortable.

The location is okay, 30 minutes walk to the center. It's on the 3rd floor, you need to take the stairs to get there.

I liked the place very much. Everything was clean, comfy and pleasant. Owner is kind, helped with everything and even bought my mother flowers on her birthday. Room has three places to sleep (not sofas, beds) which is excellent if you travel with child. Location is super convenient , old and new city centers are near. Also there was a nice balcony with pleasant view. Liked kitchen part, it had everything you need for a nice meal.

The place is clean and cozy, WIFI is great and the location is really good.

During holidays it’s a little bit noisy outside so you can hear it in your room

We really liked it here and would be happy to stay here again <3 + great host + possible to self check-in if you’re late + very clean, and they provide everything, even toothpaste and umbrellas in case of rain + nice kitchen with beautiful plates and everything you need to cook + comfy armchair + were lucky with neighbors as it was quiet + the location is nice, I really liked the neighborhood. if it’s not your first time in Tbilisi and you are not planning to go to the old city, it’s a great option, it feels like another city here!

- noisy toilet (the flush noise) - soap dispenser and a shelf in the bathroom came off, would be nice to repair it somehow - unstable internet connection (as we had to make some work video calls, it was important)
