"Great value"

Great central location. Parking was a bit of a squeeze. Good value for money. The breakfast was great. My son said it would have been perfect if there was an option for hash browns. Great place to break our journey down to Cornwall 😃

Could have done with an update. Maybe some new pillows on the bed.

Perfecte ligging bij strand en haven. Eigen parkeergelegenheid. Ruime kamer. De scheve vloeren hoorden erbij.

Heel persoonlijk, maar het matras was voor mij te zacht.

"Filthy dirty run down room. Terrible customer service."

The proximity to amenities was great.

The room was filthy. Stains all over the carpet, very run down. lots of issues with key and getting into room. Poor WiFi. Lastly we message about bringing two dogs. We’re told it was no problem then they tried to charge me £100 for dog hair. Please avoid this place at all costs. We will definitely not be returning.

"Overpriced old run down place"

Great location but run down property. Breakfast was actually good done to order

Wallpaper was peeling off, basic bathroom, awful sheets. Overpriced at £130 for one night. Will not stay there again.

"Charming, and great value for money"

Really good location, freindly owners, and the place has a certain quirky charm, with artwork here and there which adds a splash of colour to the seaside atmosphere- It was our second stay, very happy both times.

No problems from my point of view, but just be aware that you will need to carry bags up some stairs.
