Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availabilityPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Great location and busy bar downstairs"

Very clean and comfy bed. Plenty of tea and coffee. Central to where I needed to be. Diane and the bar staff are lovely and very attentive to your needs

"Unpleasant stay."

The location was good and we appreciated the tea and coffee.

The entrance hallway was dirty and run down looking. The bed had bed bugs and we were bitten, under the matress was a lot of rubbish and the planks in the bed weren't aligned so the matress was sunken in so we had to fix that. The shower didn't have a good water pressure and was trickling out. The pub below was blasting music until midnight so we couldn't sleep. And when we checked for the bed bugs there was blood on the matress. And the matress protectors wernt clean.

"We had an enjoyable stay"

I did ask for a double bed as I was with my partner and we didn't have one only all single beds , but I liked the location and the room was clean

The decor in some parts was bad

The location and size of the room. The heating as well.

The property was dirty. The entrance was filled with soaked leaves and other dirts. Shared toilet, no receptionist, it took a while before I could navigate the property. Also, the room had expired milk which I had to throw away.
