great out of city quiet location, very friendly host, basic but good value

This was disgusting, dirty, smelly, horrible place. It look derelict, holes in bathroom sink covered in cobwebs and grime. The kitchen was a pig sty with rotten food everywhere. Walked in walked round , walked out. Do not book this place.

When we arrived at the property we were met by two men sitting outside the property drinking beer. They advised me that the owner of the property was not present and they would try to contact him. They showed us into the property which was covered with dust on all surfaces and left us waiting for the owner to come. Five minutes later he appeared and he said that he would show us to our room. He told me to get back in my car and he then told me to follow him. We then were shown to a 1980's caravan which was covered with cobwebs inside, dirty stained carpet cramped bedrooms and uneven floors throughout.

Everything, very disappointing will not be back.

Feels like a real home from home in beautiful surroundings! Dino my host was a top lad! He even made me a freshly brewed Italian espresso coffee on my arrival which was a nice touch! It was also lovely to see a bit of wildlife outside my bedroom window which I presume were Dino's pets.

Nothing not to like really. My only suggestion would be to put laminated cards in each room detailing the WIFI login information as I had trouble knowing which WIFI I was supposed to be using.

Views to Dundry hills, though on ground floor (parking space in front of window). Hosts were pleasantly helpful.

Didn't know hosts were living at the property, this could've been made clearer on the listing. Only 1 other room was occupied during my 2 nights' stay, but seemed to have 5 in total... All sharing one bathroom. Sink had large sections missing, bathtub suffered bad settlement and in need of repair. 'Free toilteries' appeared to be hosts' own which was left in the bathroom (shared with other occupants too?) Needs better signage esp at night. Short, steep slopes off busy road, very dangerous and hard to navigate.
