Bed was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly at check in. Great to have parking available. We arrived quite late so they weren't serving food by then, but it's a close walk to the main high street in Beeston where a couple of places serve until at least 10pm We were leaving fairly early, check out was a simple key drop.

We would have appreciated curtains that provided a bit more black out The ensuite facilities were pretty basic; toilet and basin were clean but the shower was very mouldy - most of which was surface mould and would have come clean with a good scrub.

Room was very small as was the bed

Though the room was small, it was adequate. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of tea, coffee, etc, there was a shower, liquid soap provided, lots of towels, plenty of storage space. The staff were friendly & helpful.

It was a bit noisy above the bar but that's to be expected in a pub. The pub is really popular.

Check in was good, the room was clean and tidy. It was an excellent location to where I was going, just 5 minutes walk. The high street was 2 minutes walk with a good selection of shops including a Tesco Extra. Wetherspoons was 5 minutes walk and I had a very good breakfast there. The friends and I had a drink together after the concert we were doing in a little side room which only had us in it which was great.

As this accomodation was above a pub, it was very noisy until just after 11pm. After that it was quiet. My shower leaked (room 6). I also had to screw the showerhead on to the hose the first time I had a shower. After that it worked well.

Clean comfortable at a good price

The location was ideal for my requirements. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Being at the front of the building, immediately over the outside seating, was noisy (as were the trams) but this was anticipated for a pub at the weekend.
