The room was very warm and tidy, the bed was comfortable. Water under the shower was pleasantly hot Nice owners and a great view from the kitchen window. We had a chance to do laundry for an extra charge. A tea and coffe for gust is provided.It was really nice to stay there for three nights.

The bathroom was in a bad shape, the mold was on the walls and the shower was very small connected with a toilet so the floor was all wet after a bath. In the kitchen shared with a family of owners there are only some utilities and there is no refrigerator. The place has really thin walls so You can hear everything that is going on in the kitchen as well as a dog which howls outside. Finding a place was a bit difficult and there is not much space for parking a car.

This place is essentially a couple or spare rooms attached to a family’s house. The rooms are spartan but comfortable, and there’s a common kitchen that one can use. The host lady is friendly and hospitable.

There was no sign on the front gate informing people that this was the correct guesthouse. For this reason, we had a hard time finding this place even though at times we were literally standing just outside the gate.

good location. In front of mountain. Can see Kazbek clearly when the weather is good.

For some reason the door of the bathroom in my room could not be open one day.

The room and house was very clean and modern, bathroom was working well, hot water, tea and coffee for use and the house is on the edge of the village which makes it quiet and with an amazing view. Nice garden I didn't talk much to the family, they seemed friendly
