I asked for a ground floor room and got a top floor room. I use walking sticks. There was no lift so I had to go up the stairs . The bathroom i had ,had wallpaper coming off the walls. When I walked it looked like noone had hoovered the place. Wasn't happy with this place at all

Everything was clean and the hotel is very close to the centre. Just basic for one night stay The gentleman who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately missed his name.

Lack of plugs for chargers etc

Er was geen ontbijt. Er zijn gelegenheden genoeg in de buurt. De locatie was super aangezien wij in de wintergarden moesten zijn. Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Verwarming een dag eerder opzetten zodat de kilte uit het gebouw is.

We vroegen extra handdoeken en een badmat en onmiddellijk werd hieraan voldaan. Zeer dichtbij de wintergarden gelegen. Warme kamer en warm water om te douchen.

"A budget stay for a budget price."

Location, pretty central for everything, but also far enough away from the noise.

I wasn't aware I was booked into a room 5 flights of stairs up, with no lift, so a fair hike to carry my luggage. Bathroom very poor, toilet not fixed to the floor, sink coming away from the wall, shower had very poor pressure and mouldy on the ceiling, oh and bathroom window broken. But, for the price I paid, I wasn't expecting 4 or 5 stars and I never made any complaints You pay a budget price, you get a budget experience.
