Brilliant location, lovely and friendly hosts in Louisa and Kevin. Immaculate room and bed. Good housekeeping. Good range of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits supplied in the rooms, fast boiling kettle. Shower easy to use. Plenty of plugs to use. Good lighting, easy to open window. Nice complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Nice soft towels. Everything really good!!!

5mins walking to the open air theater and a few bars nearby

The stairs in the hotel no lift . The bed was too small and we kept falling out because of the dipping at each side ok for one person

Warm reception from Louisa, rooms were spotless and the breakfast was first class. Will definitely be staying again in the near future.

A great location overlooking North shore with the castle to the right. Off road and on road parking. Clean property and cleaners came in every day. The cooked breakfast was lovely, there was also cereals and fruit available(scrambled eggs are apparently a family recipe and very nice) Louisa was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, and even introduced us to Poppy her very friendly little dog.

The stairs were steep to our attic room, but Louisa had rang after I booked to check I was OK with this, offering another room if not, which our friends actually had due to age, and their Bay window was lovely to sit in.

Only thing bad about it lot of stairs but was pre warned so it was not a problem

The host Louisa is a lovely lady. Breakfast was plentiful and there are choices on the menu plus cereals and fruit. The location is great, Peasholme Park 5 minutes, 10/15 minutes to Castle, down to Harbour, Ann Bronte's grave etc... Parking on site. Nice view from the sea side of the building.

Nothing it was great. Room on 4th floor was a bit challenging with suitcases.
