Das Frühstück ist furchtbar! Zu wenig in schlechter Qualität. Kaffe ungenießbar, Wasser aus der Leitung. Das Bad ist zu klein, die Möbel zusammengewürfelt.

Colazione abbondante e variegata, personale super gentile e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Posizione nel vivo della città nuova e a pochi minuti di camminata dalla città vecchia, vicinissima alla spiaggia e piena di servizi (bar, locali, supermarket, fermate dell’autobus, etc.).

L’host non sempre è stato reperibile ma nonostante ciò non appena ci sono stati dei problemi è intervenuto al più presto.

Il giorno dell'arrivo il gestore del b&b ci ha informato che, a causa di un guasto in camera, avremmo trascorso la prima notte nell'hotel 4 stelle Castellum Suites. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa struttura e i servizi offerti sono stati un valido compromesso per il disagio che, inevitabilmente, si era creato con il cambio di programma. Villa Sanyan è a 14 min a piedi dal centro di Rodi e a 10 min a piedi dal porto. La zona è tranquilla e vicina a ristoranti e supermercati. La camera assegnataci l'abbiamo trovata pulita, dotata di mini frigo e macchina del caffè. Le pulizie e cambio asciugamani sono stati fatti tutti i giorni, cosa assolutamente non scontata in alcune strutture private.

Il bagno: non finestrato, poco illuminato (quasi buio) e con una doccia che, come scritto anche da altri utenti, non essendo dotata di una porta finisce col fare allagare il pavimento. La colazione, seppure abbondante, non va incontro ai gusti italiani. Si può scegliere tra 5 piatti differenti ma solo 2 su 3 sono dolci e questi ultimi sono solo a base di yogurt. Consiglierei di ampliare l'offerta e servire anche croissant e merende la mattina.

On the day of arrival, we got message from the hotel to contact the manager via whattsap. Manager informed us that there is no available room despite the booking via Booking.com for 4 nights The manager indormed us to spend the next night in hotel Castellum suites (all inclusive). It was significantly farther from the location we initially wanted to stay. I.e. beach. We had no other option since we were tired from the early 6am flight. So we went to this praised hotel. The room was filthy. Breakfast was terrible. We wanted to stay in Villa Sanyan. So the discussions continued next day. The manager still could not arrange the room from Sanyan. So We asked for 1 night free of charge and paid the second night we would stay in castellum. And next day we would move out from castellum to a new hotel. The manager didnt want to give us free night. We then made a deal that we paid two nights in in Castellum and refund 2 nights. After one week. Still I havent got refund. The whole deal feels like a scam. They overbook the hotel Villa Sanyan and the overflow customers are offered for this "very fine" hotel 4stars (actually 2 or 3) and far from beach. This causes unnecessary hassle for customers who arrive usually after early wake up and long flight. For two days we had to deal with this. I do not recommend at all.

A nice and quiet hotel, suitable for those who are looking for a homely atmosphere. I liked that there was a capsule coffee machine in the rooms. Good value for money.

Due to the cyber attack in Europe, we missed our flight and had to check in to the hotel one day later. I tried to call to inform them, but unfortunately I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. To be honest, I didn’t really like the breakfast. You choose something from the à la carte menu, and then they bring a small plate with cake and bread. The bread slices were extremely thin, as well as the slice of cake.

Heel vriendelijke eigenaresse! Perfecte locatie, dicht bij haven en oude stad, maar ook ideaal om auto gewoon gratis in de straat te parkeren.
