Villa Sanyan - Adults Only

The room itself was really nice. The location very convenient. Cleaning staff very polite.

Breakfast was pathetic really. No laundry service despite included in the initial description. The on-site manager was a bit rude and annoying.

Le personnel est très sympathique et les services sont au top! Tous les jours les essuies de bain sont changés et le nettoyage de la chambre est fait tous les deux jours. Le petit déjeuner est super bon avec un large choix ☺️.

Ayant eu la chambre au rez de chaussée située à proximité de la porte d'entrée malheureusement les autres vacanciers qui ne sont pas toujours attentifs avaient tendance à laisser la porte claquer (tard dans la soirée) sans se soucier qu'une chambre est juste à côté ce qui avait tendance à nous réveiller.

I think the breakfast was poor.

On 08.08.25, we reserved our place at the facility and received our confirmation code. When we arrived late in the evening, feeling very tired, we wanted to go straight to our room. We contacted the manager, Mr. Mike, who told us that the room we had booked had a technical problem and we could not stay there. He politely offered to accommodate us in another hotel and even said they would cover the taxi fare. We had no choice but to stay in a hotel 10–15 km away. There was no issue there — they covered the taxi fare to the hotel, but not for the return trip. On the second day, we arrived at Villa Sanyana, where we had originally booked, and checked in. Unfortunately, the nightmare began on the first night. As soon as we entered the room, there was a huge cockroach, which my wife found extremely disgusting and made her not want to stay. We understand that in natural surroundings such things can occasionally happen. However, what was unacceptable was that when we bent down to chase the insect, we found a dirty sock from a previous guest still under the bed, which was very unpleasant. Mr. Mike seemed to take these incidents as normal. Rhodes is a beautiful island, but I wanted to share this unfortunate experience with you. Thank you, Mehmet

Great location, clean apartment that was cleaned regularly during our 11 days stay. Cleaning lady and lady that served the breakfast were great!

This property is not suitable for a longer stay. If you are here for few days then it’s fine. For breakfast you order from a menu of 5 dishes that are the same everyday. Also some stuff didn’t work properly in the apartment and were not fixed for the 11 days we were there, like light bulb and curtain on the window. Also we didn’t get refill of shampoo for the 11 days. There is no good place to dry your towels or clothes in the apartment, so you will need to use laundry service for longer stay. Host was unresponsive after the initial check in.

Första dagen fick sova i annat Hotel. Vi hade inte resa transport från flygplatsen till Hotellet. Ägaren tell me is the booking ansvar för transporter. Vi har bokat med transport ??

Rummet var väldigt nära till stor trafikärat gåta

konumu gayet merkezi ve tüm turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ( Tr kahvaltısı beklenmediği sürece). Yetkiliye aradığımız zaman ulaşabildik ve son gün valizlerimizin otelde kalmasına izin verdiler. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.
