Neat, clean and accessible

Asked for an accessible room but the room we got was upstairs. Which was difficult for a wheelchair user

Very good value for money, walking distance from OVO Hydro, it was clean and equipped, nice and cozy

Maybe the paper thin doors

The bathroom was very clean and tidy, the room was also clean, but the carpet was jot very tidy.

There was no iron in the room had to look around the whole house.

Good value for money

Room 1 has constant electrical humming in the rear wall l, the neighbouring room was noisy most of the night until around 5am and you can hear everything through the walls

The bath room and the size of the room was perfect as well as the tea, coffee and water tray was a must have on the roasting 22° day. Very accessible from the subway and buses.

My main complaint is the fact that on the door there is a sign saying that I needed a password to get in which I should have been emailed about but I was not and the person that finally picked up (Ajay) didn't understand that I didn't get an email. And the walls were extremely thin and felt that anyone could easily hear you even when you whispered. The mattress was also solid which some people might like but personally was a little too hard. And the lack of plug sockets in the room as there was only 2 in the room since one had been blocked but a broken plug.
