Cloud9 Guest House - by Coastline Retreats - Newly Renovated, Beautiful Ensuite Rooms Near Seafront in Town Centre, Netflix, SuperFast WiFi, Communal Kitch

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children 3 & 8). Communal. Kitchen upstairs for those who choose to cook and wish to keep some items in fridge which is very good. Tv was great wich has youtube and Netflix great for the kids. The ambient lighting is a. Nice touch. Location was great, close walking distance to beach near pier and town centre, many bars and restaurants clos buy plus convenience stores.

Just a few niggly things regarding to wear and tear of items which didn't disrupt our stay. The owners were very acceptable to constructive critic where things could be improved which is very good.

Very tidy and clean both the room and the bathroom. The location is excellent. The beach is nearby 5 minutes walking and there many restaurants nearby..

Location, modern style of the room

Sofa bed mattress was too thin you could feel the metal bed frame. As it was only a x2 night stay there was not much time to raise the issue however I'm confident the host would have assisted as the are very active and responsive.

We were in a small double bed with my child and the room is a bit small for both us because I made a mistake when I selected the rooms, i should choose the big family room but that was fine. The location is really amazing it's close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Charlotte really made us feel at home she is just one call away to helping us with what we need.so we really enjoyed our stay with cloud9 gesthouse.

The only problem is car park. Those free street parking is always full but there is a huge car park in Avenue Rd car park just 3-5 minutes walk

The property was clean and in the perfect location in relation to the town centre and an easy walk to the pier and beach

- Lovely comfy bed, large bedroom with ensuite and powerful shower. - Wardrobe space, kettle and tea with milk sachets - Large TV where you can log into your netflix accounts etc - Ten minute walk from beach - Nisa around the corner - Fast reply from staff for queries

Very noisy at around 2 in the morning- people shouting and going through bins loudly, but you can close the window, put the fan on in summer and it's not as loud

Odada hareket etmem mümkün değildi. Valizimi açamadım. Kıyafetlerimi koyabileceğim yer çok sınırlıydı. Mutfak temiz görünmüyordu. Yastıklar ve yatak çok konforsuzdu. Çok hijyenik biri değilim ama yatakta uyumak beni huzursuz etti. Duvar süsleri yerine bir raf veya askı koysalar daha iyi olur.
