It was clean, modern and in a very quiet area but still near the Internatioal centre were we spent most our day.

Positives: 1: Early check in arranged for free. 2: Relatively powerful shower. 3: Kitchen with fridges, cooker, microwave & washing machine.

Negatives: 1: At time of booking you're not informed they want a £100 security deposit, you get told once you've already paid via booking.com. I only have a debit card, not a credit, and with debit cards it means that you then have £100 less available to spend for the duration of your stay, it comes out of your available balance. Wouldn't have booked if I'd been told in advance. 2: I had room 5 'deluxe double'. It's claustrophobic with a tiny window. 3: The heated towel rail gurgles every five minutes or so for the duration it's turned on. 4: The sink drips underneath the u-bend when you run the tap. 5: The road it's on is really ropey. Not a particularly nice part of Bournemouth. 6: The decor is rather brash. I'm a little unsure why one needs LED surround lights around the bottom of the bed, preset to blue, but I think you can change the colour and you can turn them off. They're like the ones you see underneath boy racer cars. The whole decor scheme is Footballer/Lotto Winner/Pimp My Ride. It's not for me.

Brilliant place. Beautiful decor very comfy and clean. Nice place to stay Staff was superb if needed them for anything 10⭐️ will return again
