Great location and the new cleaning staff was great.

Unfortunately the room was a bit dirty when we checked in and there was only 1 towel per person and no hand soap. We asked for help with our taxi back to the ferry and they forgot so we were close to missing our ferry.

Logement récent, plutôt assez grand et bien équipé. Emplacement proche de tout .

Une bouteille d'eau au frigo à l'arrivée aurait été appréciée... pas évident à trouver !

We had booked the family room which was a nice studio room and had a well equipped mini kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Pollonia was a great little town to stay in and had a nice quiet beach which was never crowded.

There’s a lot of construction and building happening around the area of the hotel - mostly building new hotels. As such the view from our terrace wasnt great and we felt we were staying in a mini tourist residency area. The bathroom was a bit damp and dirty, also the shower drain had hairs in them that wasn’t ours.

La cuvette des wc se remplissait si lentement que nous la remplissons avec l’eau de la douche afin de pouvoir tirer la chasse d’eau.

シャワーの排水溝がすこし詰まっていて、シャワーを使うとすぐに水がたまってしまって気持ち悪かった。 トイレの流れが悪い。 ルームクリーンされてると思ったがされていなかったのが残念だった。 タオルをもらおうとフロントに行ったが誰もいなく困った。 レンタカーは手配料がかかるのにホテルまで持ってこない。港まで私たちが取りに行かないといけない。と最初に言われたが、お金を支払うのにホテルまで車を届けないのはおかしいと言うことを伝えたら持ってきてくれた。はじめから持ってきてくれたらよかったのに。何のための手配料なのかいまだに疑問です。

Location excellent. Clean. Shower was good.

The double bed was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever stayed in. The apartment was advertised as having air con. It wasn’t working and when we asked via WhatsApp why got no reply. (There was a fan). Basics were missing like a corkscrew. We asked for one and were told that there were none. Our apartment was dark with no terrace or balcony of its own. Nothing like the pictures. The location saved it but there are so many options in Pollonia that this one doesn’t compete.

The location, the tranquility.

Our rooms had nothing to do with the bright and sunny pictures displayed on Booking. They were rather darkish, the cleaning was approximate, tv did not function, (but we did not use it so no problem for us), the kitchenette had the slightest minimum in cuttlery, there’s a Nespresso machine but no capsules, no salt, sugar etc… you have to buy everything if you intend to cook…and nothing was blue !🤣

Location to Polonia town was good. Very easy to walk to the main restaurants and shops in the area. The manager / staff were very helpful organising a quandary bike rental last minute and taxis to various locations on the island at short notice.

The bathroom had no hand soap and no fan. No coffee pods or tea provided although they had the necessary appliances. The cleaning schedule could be more frequent as we would have liked fresh sheets at some point during a 4 night stay.
