More attention to cleanliness needed. Also there were little to no amenities. No coffee or tea, no extra towels etc. When you ask for an extra towel they say you will get towels replaced on the next cleaning day which us every other day. So you never get an extra towel. We never met the owner, the taxi driver had to show us where to go. In conclusion, the location is great but Efi Studios has low attention to detail and low customer care.

Logement spacieux, propre et personnel réactif. Possibilité de laisser les bagages au bureau de l'agence en attendant notre départ en fin d'après-midi.

Le logement était assez sombre et plutôt vieillot par rapport aux photos de l'annonce. Difficile de ne pas mouiller la salle de bain avec la douche à la grecque. Difficile de faire sécher correctement les serviettes de bain dans le logement. Logement un peu loin du centre du village sans voiture.

There was a lot of bugs unfortunately.. we tried talking to the staff but they weren’t responding or helping. Ac made a lot of moist which was weird..

Cómodo y todo funcionaba Perfecto. Nos fue a buscar al ferri Dimitri un joven guapo, educado y súper agradable. Tuvimos que arrendar auto y ellos mismos te lo entregan en el lugar.

Accueil organisé et management pas une conciergerie au final (Milos accommodation), donc réactif, par contre ne vous attendez pas à voir du personnel, il ne s’agit pas vraiment d’un hôtel. Chambre grande, propre, avec petite terrasse Bon emplacement à Pollonia

Salle de bain un peu petite et manque de lumière dans notre chambre clairement (rez de chaussée)

If you want to stay in pollonia it’s a good location.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. One of our four rooms had no working AC and was completely unlivable in the heat. We spent almost two full days messaging the host — he read every message and chose not to respond. He only acknowledged us after my aunt called and argued with him in Greek. He also lied, saying the AC had been checked and offered written proof — but hours later, workers showed up to install a brand new unit and said it was their first time there. The rooms were dirty also: stained pillows, used towels, ants in the kitchen. We eventually got a refund for the uninhabitable room, but only after unnecessary stress and pressure. Avoid this place at all costs.
