Appartement Propre.

La veille de notre arrivée, on nous informe que l’appartement réservé ne sera finalement pas disponible et qu’on doit accepter un autre logement situé à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Nous avons accepté faute d’alternative réaliste à la dernière minute et avec peu de temps pour trouver autre chose à un prix raisonnable. Un simple mot d’excuse lors du check-in aurait d’ailleurs été apprécié. Concernant l’appartement, l’insonorisation est très mauvaise : on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. Enfin, le matelas était vraiment très inconfortable. Nous ne nous attendions pas à quelque chose de luxueux, mais là on sentait clairement les ressorts, au point que dormir devenait presque une torture. Autre point regrettable : nous avons envoyé un message pour demander s’il y avait un tire-bouchon. Le message a été lu, mais nous n’avons jamais reçu de réponse.

our room was not regularly cleaned the bed was uncomfortable and there was very little lighting or natural light. there was also a huge exit sign on the front door which did not go off at night and illuminated the room as you try to sleep. This property did not meet our expectations and service did not match the price of the place.

This “hotel” is an absolute disgrace. When we arrived, there was NO ONE at reception, NO one answering the phone, and we were left stranded outside for almost an hour. Finally, we discovered the keys just hanging in the door of our room — no staff, no welcome, nothing. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. The room was filthy, reeked of neglect, and to make matters worse, it was right next to the reception desk with zero privacy or security. It felt dangerous and disgusting from the moment we walked in. We left after one night because the conditions were unbearable. Despite this, the management flat-out refused to refund us for the remaining nights and were shockingly rude in their responses. They clearly don’t care about guests, only about taking your money. Do NOT stay here under any circumstances. There are plenty of wonderful places in Milos — this is not one of them. Unsafe, dirty, and run by people who have no business in hospitality

We arrived at 6pm for the check in instructions to be wrong and the room having not been cleaned since the previous guests. We then proceeded to wait 45 minutes outside with the mosquitos and heat after a full day of travelling while the room was cleaned. There is no information regarding wifi, the water pressure was horrible. The air conditioner remote didn’t work, the fan itself was loud, there was endless mosquitos, the bed linen was thin and not fitted to the bed. The bathroom flooded from the drain outside of the shower. The worst place we stayed out of a 5 week holiday. Do not recommend.

Great location and an easy walk into the restaurants

The cleaning service only happened once for our four night stay and was at 5pm when getting ready for dinner, the place didn’t have a huge amount of light coming in

ONE BIG SCAM! Do not go to this place! It was my worst experience ever. I don't know how such people can run a "hotel". The problems started as soon as we arrived - we didn't get the room we bought through Booking. We found the room looking like a dark basement, full of dirt and fungus. Unfortunately it only got worse - DIRTY frying pan and toaster, unusable kitchen utensils, dirty terrace, mould on the cushions, blood stains from insects on the walls, fungus under the shower, spiders and dust!!! From the beginning we reported the problem to the owner and operator Milos Accomodations, but they did nothing about it and we received a rude reply that we should go to the beach instead of taking pictures of the room (unbelievable!)! There were no staff so of course no one was sent to clean. The place was so disgusting and contact with the owner difficult, even impossible, that we only spent one night there and immediately moved to another hotel. None of our complaints helped to get our money back for this disgusting place!!! We lost our holiday time and nerves to try and get a refund however to no avail - we were blocked on Whatsapp and even the bookings staff could not contact the owner! REAL SCAMMERS!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!! Zero contact and terrible conditions!!!
