The hosts were super nice and the position was great

Our room was as durty as it gets and we had to pay cash but got no receipt

Вид невероятный! Персонал очень приветливый, стараются всегда прийти на помощь. Ресторан вкусный, работаем до 11. Потом все затихает и можно крепко спать.

Хорошо отношусь к животным, но местная собака не давала спать первую ночь. Хочется обновить ремонт и мебель.

This is a beautiful apartment stay, with a magnificent view of Kakheti. A really special space in the heart of the village. Hosts are warm and welcoming, we appreciated the wine on arrival. Lovely restaurant downstairs and genuinely cozy welcoming atmosphere.

Place was a bit dusty and could use a good clean. Although it didn't bother us to much, it really could make this wonderful space feel more luxurious.

Good location, friendly staff and accommodated an early check in for me

It is in a busy restaurant, which is fine but people should be aware of this before booking if they want an early night

Große Terrasse und großer Raum mit wunderschönen Ausblick

FINGER WEG! Es wird kein Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt. Sowohl Bettwäsche als auch Handtücher/Bademantel waren sichtlich (bräunlich) befleckt und es wurde von der unfreundlichen Besitzerin als "normal" angesehen. Selbst als uns ein weiteres Zimmer angeboten wurde, fanden sich im neuen Zimmer ebenso überall Flecken und Unsauberkeit. Zudem gab es auch Ameisen und Wanzen im Zimmer. Nur der Besitzer Ilja und ein junger Mitarbeiter hat uns Freundlichkeit und Verständnis entgegengebracht. Alle anderen (inkl. die Frau des Besitzers) waren sehr unfreundlich, kalt, arrogant und unangenehm. Der Duschkopf war defekt und abmontiert neben der Dusche gelegt und konnte somit nicht genutzt werden. Der Wasserhahn vom Whirlpool war undicht. So konnte der Whirlpool erst nach Stunden gefüllt werden, weil es langsam gestellt werden musste, damit der Rest des Zimmers trocken blieb.

So as the dust settles on my Wife and I travels I just wanted to say that our stay at Kusika was fantastic. Iliya and Liya were such amazing hosts and the team they have are exceptional so helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing our room was spotless we had the best 3 days and the wine wow, thank you for our wonderful stay it was very special.
