No service for water and breakfast

A lovely home-stay experience at the wonderfully located guest house. The view from the terrace over the valley was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spacious and neat. Good location - a bit aside from the noisy tourists routes, yet close enough to the city center - 10-12 minutes walk to the main square. Oh, oh! And the Kusika restaurant alone is worth the stay. Best khinkali I ve ever had!!!

The room decoration was a bit dark to my taste, and I would replace the flower-dotted bed sheets to the plain white ones as in proper hotels. Also my room windows were facing the terrace, so sleeping late was not an option because of the restaurant buzz.

The TV is not conneted to any source at all. it has no use by just hanging on the well. very small room with old matress and very very old towels.

amazing views of course, plus the owners are so enthusiastically friendly and welcoming, restaurant service very friendly and fast. we had an issue with the room upon arrival but they managed it well and arranged to our likening. the pool is amazing! it was clean when we were there. but mind that you can only best use it until about 11:30, afterwards big groups arrive and it doesn’t feel comfy any more to stay by the pool.

- we stayed in the blue room- very pretty but it had a bit of a heavy sweet smell, the beds didn’t smell fresh nor very clean - no soap or shower gel, just 2 conditioners, plus only a tiny rest of toilet paper, had to go ask for more - it would be better to provide an extra roll right there - it’s indicated that the room has a balcony- ‘und it’s not a private balcony but a shared one which serves as pass hall and for drying the laundry, I don’t think anyone ever uses it to chill 😅 - it’s seemingly the biggest restaurant place in Sighnaghi so between midday and evening (but not late - at 8 it was quiet) you have huge tourist groups coming, it’s all very busy and quite loud, if you’re looking for a place to relax it’s only in the morning hours. Karaoke happens often as well. - the food is much applauded in other comments but the mushroom soup was without flavor and the Georgian salad’s tomatoes and cucumbers had unfortunately no taste. the khinakli really good though, and the Belgian waffle is nicely composed and good!
