We cannot provide other dairy-free products but we can store guests' items with advance agreement. Kindly note that some of the accommodations is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Breakfast was exceptional. Great location, easy walking distance into Brixham centre. Room was immaculate, spacious, modern and comfortable. Angelina is a fantastic hostess, she couldn't do enough for us.

I honestly don't know how to properly praise this place. The room and bathroom were spotless, with no sign of dirt or dust. The bed linens and towels were fresh and white. There was plenty of furniture to store belongings, several sockets, a TV, kettle, and a nice decor that made you feel at home. And I haven't even mentioned the best part yet! The breakfast was delicious, tasty, magnificent... Mmm, I will definitely be coming back more often! I have never felt so comfortable and at peace in an accommodation as I did here. Thank you Angelita, a lovely and competent woman who provided us with the best 4 days of accommodation in Brixham! See you again soon.

I think I felt so comfortable that I didn't just like having to leave. There wasn't anything bad for us there.

The breakfasts were excellent and the owners were so helpful and friendly. The room was so comfortable and everywhere so clean. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Will definitely go again.
