Good location, 15-20 minute walk to the harbour so close enough but not noisy. Absolutely spotlessly clean, better than many hotels we have stayed in and it also had a lovely smell, I meant to ask what it was! Free parking which is always a bonus. The breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh so always piping hot. We only met Angeline, she was lovely and even offered to give me the recipe for her homemade blueberry pancakes which were delicious! We would highly recommend this as a great base to explore Brixham and the surrounding area.

It wasn’t an issue for us but you do have to say on arrival what time breakfast sitting you want for the whole stay, we were lucky that the last breakfast slot of 9am was still available so we could have a lie in as I don’t think I would have been too pleased if say the only time left was 7.30am. However I can see why they operate like this so that in peak times they don’t have 7 rooms all arriving for breakfast at the same time. You also have to preorder what you what the day/evening before, not an issue for us.

I recently stayed at this charming bed and breakfast for three nights, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at home immediately upon arrival. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. Angelina’s culinary skills are truly remarkable; each morning we were treated to a superb breakfast that set a perfect tone for the day. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, and everything was freshly prepared with great care. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warmth and attentiveness made a significant difference. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always ready to help with a smile. Overall, we highly recommend this bed and breakfast. It’s a wonderful place to stay with fantastic amenities and the best hosts you could ask for. We look forward to returning in the future.

The breakfast choice was extensive and all excellent. Our room 1 was comfortable and well equipped heating available and arm chairs with folding card table plenty of sockets. Limited window view but dining room had lounge area with access outside small courtyard. Good parking spaces only 15mins walk to Brixham Harbour and restaurants.

Nothing wrong

The house was spotless and the breakfast (which we pre-ordered the night before) was exceptional. There was plenty of choice and the quality and quantity was very good. There is plenty of parking and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Angelina as very welcoming and even made us a cup of tea when we arrived

Nothing to dislike

Angelina was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were lovely too

The breakfast was excellent and consistent. Angelina pulled out all the stops when cooking the meal. She was also generous with the ingredients. No complaints there, only praise.

Everything was as should be: I can't think of anything that could have been improved. The only thing was that the B & B could have been nearer the town. But that disadvantage was countered by an excellent bus service. It, the bus no 12, stops in the main road, almost outside the bungalow (no stairs), and every 12 minutes. It delivers you to Brixham's Harbour. Parking at the harbour is poor, so the bus service should be used. The distance from the B & B to the harbour is not too far,so it can be walked. We did it several times.
