"Lovely kind hosts and good value room"

Annie and her mum were lovely and very kind Bed was very comfy Lovely view over the back of the house Nice spacious room with plenty of windows to open Breakfast provided

Stained carpets in bedroom Couldn’t connect to WiFi despite passwords being provided.

"Anne was a brilliant host. The house is in a beautiful location out of town with views across the fields."

The room was beautiful and Anne was very hospitable and even dropped myself and another guest off en route to her other job to the start of a running race at the castle.

"Excellent guest house"

Great location, wonderful room, fairly easy to find. The bed was very comfy, the welcome was very warm and everything explained very well.

My wife didn't like the idea of walking through the landlady's front room to get in...but we didn't see anyone else during our stay; it was all very low key and quiet.

Warmth of welcome - and flexibility when we were unavoidably delayed. Advice freely offered on local pubs etc. Beautiful, large and comfortable room. Wholesome breakfast. A haven of tranquility. Access to the kitchen with fresh milk available.

'Perfect' can sound unrealistic but we honestly can't think of anything to fault or that could have been improved.

"Exceptional 3 nights in a clean well presented home"

Everything was superb Anne was the perfect hostess A really lovely lady She made us feel so welcome The whole time spent here was just perfect Our room was large with private bathroom Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable We where honoured to spend time in her home We will definitely come to stay again on our way to Scotland next time

Nothing at all Annes home was just lovely Clean and beautiful
