Quiet location, reasonable walking distance to city. Property clean, comfortable room although it would have been nice to have a chair in the room

absolutely no hot water from day 2 morning. Called customer services who were only interested in directing me to their email link. Re-read link, no assistance as CS assumed it was an electric shower until I contacted them again. Maintenance man was summoned - still unable to fix. Finally from afternoon of 3rd day I was able to have a hot shower. An unpleasant experience

Location and comfort and en suite bathroom

Big problem accessing the front door of the property. The lock didn’t work well, and the key in the box was very difficult to manage. Repeated attempts to lock up when we went out. Spoke to other guests having same problem. Each time we returned the front door was unlocked, sometimes visibly open. We felt unsafe.

The place was cute, not very far from the center! Everything was provided in abundance

Even after mentioning that we are with the child, the room was given on the first floor which was inconvenient

La ubicación era buena, el ingreso fue fluido.

No habia servicio de limpieza ni cambio de toallas en los 4 dias q estuve, el primer día el agua de la ducha estaba fría, solicite una silla pues la habitación no tenía y me dijieron q no estaba disponible porq no la publicaban en las fotos
