"Bezaubernder ‚White Room‘ - gerne wieder!"

Der Blick über den Hafen ist traumhaft! Wir haben einige Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht. Zutritt per Code, Check-in unkompliziert. Die AC funktioniert im Bedarfsfall perfekt. Der Kühlschrank ist nützlich und leise. Das Bett sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer (white room) in schlichtem Weiß aber dennoch schick gestaltet. Kommunikation lief sehr gut, Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Tolles Team am Reception desk! Das Team vom Restaurant Lithos (über welches man das Zimmer erreicht) war zudem sehr freundlich, witzig, hilfsbereit und das Essen lecker.

Keine wirkliche Kritik: Die Lage ist Segen und (möglicherweise) Fluch zugleich. Es kann schon voll auf der Promenade werden und daher auch recht laut. Abends/Nachts meist Musik von der Cocktailbar in der Nähe. Für uns war das kein Problem! Wir fanden die Musik (meist) ziemlich cool. Die Fenster sind zudem super schalldicht. Das Zimmer wird offiziell ab 12 Uhr gerichtet, leider klopfte man öfter schon früher und fragte, ob das Zimmer frei wäre. Die abgemachten Zeiten sollten eingehalten werden; wir empfehlen zudem ein sonst übliches „do not disturb“ Schild zur Verfügung zu stellen.

"Perfect for Chania"

Fantastic rooms with the best views of the harbour! The suite had a great balcony for sitting in the evening and a super comfortable bed. The cleaning staff were great and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.
