Everything was sooo perfect. The staff was super helpful, the room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, the balcony and the view were amazing. We found the room to be dark and quiet, unlike other reviews so if this could be an issue for you, give it a chance anyway. The bed was big and comfy, the sheets were extra soft. We enjoyed our stay so much and were sad to leave. Our favorite hotel during our whole stay in Crete!

the room was amazing, really cool style. the best thing was the balcony and the bed was so comfy

i could not understand how to get hot water working, but the staff would have been helpful if i asked i am sure

Location is perfect during low season! Not sure about peak season (because of noise)... Superb sea view!

Check in at 16:00, is a bit late. Also, check out at 11:00, is a bit early!

Big open space with amazing view. Staff were wonderful and so easy to get in contact with. View is amazing. It is right on the harbour.

"Superb"

A beautiful big room, in a gorgeous old building with an incredible view of Chania harbour. Superb bed and bathroom. Coffee making, fridge, glasses etc. Lovely balcony with chairs and table. Excellent access to all the central tavernas and shops.

The room is up some steep stairs and there is no lift, so maybe a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The decor of the room is interesting, and generally works, apart from a big mural of a girl, which is really naff, and out of place. Quite a walk from any parking.
