Air conditioning didn’t work properly which meant warm nights. It was hard set to 19 C but that didn’t cool down the apartment and I couldn’t change it, it appeared to be fixed . Had a rental car and had to park it a long way from the apartment as old town has limited access, so had to carry all our bags to and from which was my mistake for not checking this so just warning others to consider this

Perfect location with great port view. Great interior design. Spacious rooms.

I had the Industrial suite, 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 spacious bathrooms. A magnificent panoramic view over the venetian harbor. You can't beat this location and view. A nice terrace to sit and relax with the best view over the harbor and old town. The room looks great, well designed, and new. Super clean and has cleaning services once a day. Very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and a very comfortable mattress. Spacious room. Good sized bathroom. The room is very quiet when you close the windows and you can't hear the streets. Actually it's not noisy at all and quite quiet even when everything is open, so you don't need to worry about being in the heart of the city. The pictures of the room on Booking accurately reflects the reality.

The 2 armchairs are not that comfortable. There are no closets in the rooms, only a shelf.

Unfortunately there is no seperate lounge area Away from the bedroom that you can work on the laptop… I had no choice but to wake up my wife every morning… Power was going out 2 to 3 times a day for the first 3 of 7 days in which it left us totally in the dark…

Situated in the middle of the old city of Chania, was the ideal location for all the places we wanted to visit.

great location with terrific panoramic Balcony view across the Harbour.Renovated room completed to a high Standard with a modern industrial style which really works with the old building.Couldn’t fault it.
